Sandton Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in New York, completed the acquisition of Adveo France, which supplies office and school equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sébastien Cailliau, Managing Director France at Sandton Capital Partners, referred to Adveo France as “a true leader in a sector where you have to be competitive and dynamic”. He said the company held the right cards to take advantage of the “incredible opportunities” in the market.
