The BASE Group acquired Fog.

The BASE Group acquired Fog, one of the last French manufacturers of workshop and garage equipment. The BASE group, already strongly implanted in Europe and worldwide, strengthens with this acquisition its penetration of the French market. Financial terms were not disclosed. Luca Gazzotti, CEO of the BASE group: "This acquisition enable us to make a positive and strong starting on the French market and thus to promote on all the channels, all the brands of the group. The historical implantation and the good market shares of FOG, should be complementary of the know-how and all the leading technologies of the BASE group."
