Stone Canyon Industries, a global industrial holding company, agreed to acquire Reddy Ice, a manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice in the United States, from Centerbridge Partners, a private investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This investment represents the next step in our plan to build a diversified industrial conglomerate.
