Consonance Partners-backed Psychiatric Medical Care, a behavioral healthcare management company, completed the acquisition of Integrated Telehealth Partners, a provider of long-term tele-psychiatry and behavior health services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The combination with PMC furthers our mission of helping individuals with mental health needs by creating a platform with a broader range of behavioral health service offerings and by providing our customers with access to a larger pool of psychiatric providers," Doug Wilson, ITP President.
