Sicame Group completed the acquisition of Safak Elektrik.

Sicame Group, a French industrial products provider, completed the acquisition of Safak Elektrik, a Turkish electronics provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. For the group, this acquisition will make it possible to increase the production and innovation capacity of its ranges (tubular and pre-insulated terminals, mechanically crimped terminals, associated products and tooling) essential to the operation of electrical facilities.
