Bushveld Minerals completed the acquisition of Vanchem Vanadium Products and South African Japan Vanadium.

Bushveld Minerals, an integrated primary vanadium producer, completed the acquisition of Vanchem Vanadium Products and South African Japan Vanadium. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Vanchem plant is a primary vanadium producing facility with a beneficiation plant capable of producing various vanadium oxides, ferro-vanadium and vanadium chemicals. “It is with great pleasure that we announce another transformative acquisition for Bushveld Minerals and its shareholders.
