Var Group, a provider of ICT services and solutions for businesses and part of the SeSa Spa group, completed the acquisition of SSA Informatica, a developer of projects based on SAP Business One for companies that want to adopt new technologies and expand the business, optimizing internal processes. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Var Group's skills in the manufacturing area and integrates a team of 20 experts.
