Providence Strategic Growth, the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners completed the investment in Validity, software as a service-based data integrity platform that enables professionals in resolving complexities of data management and data compliance. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new funding will accelerate Validity’s go-to-market expansion, support the development of new solutions, and fuel both organic and inorganic growth. “This deal is a key milestone for Validity and a clear validation of our strategy and business model.
