Debro, one of Canada's oldest privately owned chemical distribution companies, completed the acquisition of Tartan Color and Chemical, a Canadian distributor primarily focused on the industrial specialties markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome David and the Tartan team to Debro.
