Private equity firm Duke Street acquired Kent Pharmaceuticals and Athlone Laboratories, two pharmaceutical companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “After a number of years within the supportive framework of DCC Vital, the business is poised for this exciting next stage of its evolution as a focussed and independent entity with Duke Street’s backing,” said Kent chief executive Debashis Dasgupta.
