GROUPE VERT to acquire Netvime.

GROUPE VERT, a specialist in professional cleaning, has acquired Netvime, a cleaning company based in Lorient. Financial terms were not disclosed. GROUPE VERT is supported by Arkéa Capital, a subsidiary of the Arkéa group dedicated to private equity activities. This acquisition enables GROUPE VERT to complete its regional presence and is part of the group's development strategy, which aims to strengthen its presence in the departments of Finistère, Côtes d'Armor and Morbihan.
