Canady Life Sciences acquires Endocontrol.

Canady Life Sciences, a life sciences company, acquired France-based robotic company Endocontrol. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition, Canady Life Sciences will consolidate FDA registered life science, biomedical and robotic device company US Medical Innovations, and US Patent Innovations under its corporate umbrella to integrate and grow its business and products. “The Endocontrol acquisition will accelerate USMI’s entrance into the robotic surgical market.
