Andera Partners sold its stake in Europ Net to the firm's management.

CABESTAN Capital, the small caps unit of Andera Partners, a French capital market company, sold its stake in Europ Net to the firm's management. Europ Net provides cleaning and routine maintenance services for buildings in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. Stéphane Payan, President, and Carlos de Moura, Managing Director of EuropNet : "This is a particularly exciting new phase for us and our group. We have gone from spin-off to full ownership of our group's capital in record time but our ambition is intact.
