Arthur J. Gallagher & Co acquired P2 Group.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, acquired P2 Group, which helps employers proactively manage occupational health and reduce the risk of worker injuries and WorkCover claims. Financial terms were not disclosed. "P2 Group is a highly specialized consulting firm that expands our retail brokerage division's Workplace Risk Practice's footprint and services into the Victorian market and offers us additional cross-selling opportunities," said J.
