Vitaprotech, a provider of access control and security systems, completed the acquisition of TDSi, a supplier of integrated access control systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of TDSi aligns perfectly with Vitaprotech Group's and TDSi’s growth strategy to develop export sales of technological security solutions for sites all around the world.
