Fazer to acquire Kaslink.

Fazer, food industry company has agreed to buy Kaslink, company specialised in developing and manufacturing premium Scandinavian food products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to announce this acquisition as it would be a perfect match for Fazer in executing our strategy.
