LUX MED to acquire MAVIT from Resource Partners.

LUX MED, a medical center, agreed to acquire MAVIT, a medical center, from Founders and Resource Partners, buyout firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction perfectly fits into the integrated model of coordinated healthcare in which LUX MED operates and is a complement to our current offer of hospital care.
