MediaMonks to acquire BizTech.

MediaMonks, a creative digital production company, and a subsidiary of S4 Capital, agreed to acquire and merge with BizTech, a marketing transformation and customer experience company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to be asked to partner with S4Capital and launch MediaMonks in new territories in Australia, which offers exciting opportunities for our people and a broader service offering for our clients," Michael Patishman, BizTech CEO.
