TOPPAN completed the acquisition from Interprint from Wrede Industrieholding.

TOPPAN Printing, a global provider of integrated solutions in the fields of printing completed the acquisition from Interprint, a decor printer from Wrede Industrieholding. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to have achieved our top priority of finding a financially strong and reliable new shareholder for Interprint.
