Ontario Power Generation to acquire Cuve Hydro from I Squared Capital.

Ontario Power Generation, electricity provider has agreed to acquire Cube Hydro, hydro capacity on ten river systems owner from I Squared Capital, an investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is the third portfolio company realization in the last twelve months based on the I Squared Capital platform approach, with a total of over $2.8 billion in realized enterprise value,” Sadek Wahba, I Squared Capital Chairman and Managing Partner.
