Nalka Invest completed the acquisition of Prototal Industries.

Private equity firm Nalka Invest completed the acquisition of Prototal Industries, a service provider within 3D printing and injection moulding. Financial terms were not disclosed. Prototal has a broad customer base, from smaller start-ups to large Nordic industrial companies in several different business areas, including medical technology, vehicles, aeromechanics and industrial machinery.
