Nuts Groep acquired Robin Mobile from Ramphastos Investments.

Nuts Groep, which provides utility services, acquired Dutch mobile telecom provider Robin Mobile from investment firm Ramphastos Investments. Financial terms were not disclosed. Wilfred Rottier, founder and CEO of Robin Mobile: "Robin Mobile and Nuts Groep share the same DNA. I am positive this acquisition is a very good development for both customers and staff of Robin Mobile. As a result of the planned expansion of services, Robin Mobile will be able to even better serve its customers as a part of Nuts Groep."
