UHM completed the acquisition of Disney Hachette Presse from Walt Disney Company and Lagardere.

Unique Heritage Media, a kid, young adult and family-focused entertainment and media group, completed the acquisition of Disney Hachette Presse, the French joint venture of Walt Disney Company and Lagardere. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to collaborate with UHM in the development of the magazine activity, a historic activity of The Walt Disney Company in France since it has existed since 1934 and thanks to which many children have learned the taste for reading," Hélène Etzi, The Walt Disney Company President of France.
