Robinsons Land Corporation and Gonkongwei Brothers Foundation has agreed to create a joint venture.

Robinsons Land Corporation and Gonkongwei Brothers Foundation, real estate companies has agreed to create a joint venture. Authorized capital stock of the joint venture company shall be P5bn ($98m). The joint venture company shall be managed by a Board of Directors composed of five (5) directors. The proposed joint venture is not expected to have any adverse effect on the business, financial condition and operations of RLC.
