HDR completed the acquisition of Hurley Palmer Flatt Group.

HDR, a provider of engineering, architecture, environmental, and construction services, completed the acquisition of Hurley Palmer Flatt Group, a provider of professional engineering services. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition brings together HDR’s global practice with HPF Group’s strategic locations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and in the Asia-Pacific region. “HDR is the perfect strategic fit for Hurley Palmer Flatt Group.
