Carr's Group to acquire NW Pump & Valve from NW Total Engineered Solutions for £9.6m.

Carr's Group, a agriculture and engineering group, agreed to acquire NW Pump & Valve, a designer and manufacturer of bespoke process equipment packages, from NW Total Engineered Solutions, a provider of value added solutions to the nuclear defence, for £9.6m. "The acquisition provides significant opportunity for us to cross-sell our existing services and for NW Total to partner with other businesses within our engineering division, as it fulfils its potential and capitalises on the significant opportunities in its markets," Tim Davies, Carr's Group CEO.
