L'Oreal completed the acquisition of Fragrances & Fashion divisions from Clarins Groupe.

L'Oreal, a French personal care company, completed the acquisition of Mugler and Azzaro, fragrance & fashion divisions from Clarins Groupe. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The perfume category is at the heart of our global strategy for growth at L’Oréal Luxe.
