Carlyle and Level Equity-backed Net Health completed the acquisition of Optima Healthcare Solutions.

Carlyle and Level Equity-backed Net Health, a provider of cloud-based software solutions for specialized outpatient care, completed the acquisition of Optima Healthcare Solutions, the premier provider of cloud-based electronic medical record software.
