Edwin James Group acquires Peak42.

Edwin James Group, a leading engineering services business operating across the UK, has acquired Peak42, a leader in control and automation technology services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Peak42 employs 50 engineers and has offices in Warrington, Reading, Newcastle and Chesterfield.
