EnPro Industries to acquire The Aseptic Group.

EnPro Industries, a leading manufacturer of engineered industrial products, has agreed to acquire The Aseptic Group, a privately-held company which distributes, designs and manufactures aseptic fluid transfer products for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Aseptic Group’s focus is highly complementary with Garlock’s strategic market vision.
