Serafin Group to acquire RCR Industrial Flooring.

Serafin Group, a leading supplier of polyester filaments, has agreed to acquire RCR Industrial Flooring, an industrial flooring services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about the addition of RCR to our Group.
