New Tech Minerals acquires Sweetwater River Resources.

New Tech Minerals, a leading explorer and developer of potash, cobalt, and vanadium projects acquires Sweetwater River Resources (“Sweetwater”), a private company which is the applicant of record for 12 Federal Potash Prospecting Permit applications covering 27,331 acres within the Paradox Basin, USA. Financial terms were not disclosed.
