DBA Group to acquire Unistar from Alterna Intertrade.

DBA Group, an Italian technology consultancy company, specialized in network connectivity and solutions to support the infrastructure life cycle, to acquire Unistar, a Slovenian company specialized in ICT systems, Security Management, and Cybersecurity, through its Slovenian subsidiary Actual IT from Alterna Intertrade, the sole shareholder of Unistar. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through the acquisition of Unistar, Actual IT completes its portfolio of IT products and services to be offered to the entire market in the Balkans, the Caucasus and the countries intersected by the Belt and Road Initiative and is confirmed among the most important active groups in the ICT of the Balkans.
