Etteplan, a leading provider of engineering services and documentation software acquires EMP Engineering Alliance,a specialist industrial automation and process engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is in line with Etteplan’s growth strategy, at the core of which is organic growth and strengthening the company’s expertise and market position through acquisitions. Previously Etteplan was offering services for technical documentation in Germany. ”We are excited about our common future with Etteplan.
