Pamplona to acquire a majority stake in Infiana from Deutsche Beteiligungs.

Pamplona Capital, a specialist investment management firm acquires a majority stake in Infiana Group, a producer of engineered and innovative films from Deutsche Beteiligungs. Pamplona's investment will be made from its fifth private equity fund, Pamplona Capital Partners V, a $3.2bn investment vehicle raised in 2017. "Infiana has enjoyed tremendous development over recent years.
