Datatec acquired South Africa-based Mars Technologies.

A subsidiary of Datatec, the international information and communications technology company, acquired South Africa-based Mars Technologies, an IT services business. Financial terms were not disclosed. Jens Montanana, Datatec's Chief Executive Officer, commented: "With the acquisition, the Logicalis South African operation strengthens and expands its managed services offering to better serve our corporate customers and deliver new services to existing customers from both companies."
