PSC Insurance Group acquired Griffiths Goodall Insurance Brokers for A$48m.

PSC Insurance Group, an insurance agent and broker, acquired Griffiths Goodall Insurance Brokers, a Shepparton based insurance broker, for A$48m ($34m). “We are delighted to welcome the Griffiths Goodall team to the PSC Group. The current owners have built a very good client centric business with a great broking team, and this will significantly increase our regional presence in Victoria.
