Providence Strategic Growth, the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners, a global sector-focused asset management firm completed the acquisition of I'Car Systems and DATAFIRST from Argos Wityu. Financial terms were not disclosed. I'Car Systems and DATAFIRST are automotive software developers. With Argos Wityu’s support, I’Car Systems and DATAFIRST merged in April 2018 to create a French leader with greater growth ambitions. The transaction is subject to the customary pre-acquisition approvals.
