Groupe Lactalis to acquire Itambé Alimentos from Grupo LALA.

Groupe Lactalis, a dairy products operator, has agreed to acquire Itambé Alimentos, a producer, seller, and exporter of dairy products, from Grupo LALA, a Mexican company focused on the healthy and nutritious food industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
