Malakoff completed the acquisition of Desaru Investments from Khazanah Nasional for $70m.

Khazanah Nasional Berhad completed the acquisition of Desaru Investments from Malakoff Berhad for $70m. “The acquisition will provide immediate earnings accretion to the Company as well as increase in cashflows, derived from the remaining contract period of approximately ten years under both Shuaibah Water & Electricitie’s Power and Water Purchase Agreement and Shuaibah Expansion Project Company’s Water Purchase Agreement,” Dato’ Ahmad Fuaad, Malakoff CEO.
