Pacific Century Group to acquire AmTrust Mobile Solutions from AmTrust Financial Services.

Pacific Century Group, an Asia-based private investment group, agreed to acquire AmTrust Mobile Solutions, a Singapore-based third-party administrator of protection plans and extended warranties for mobile phones in Malaysia, Indonesia, India and the Philippines, from AmTrust Financial Services, a New York City-based multinational property and casualty insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
