Aspen Technology completed the acquisition of Mnubo and Sabisu.

Aspen Technology, a global leader in asset optimization software, completed the acquisition of Mnubo, a Montreal-based provider of purpose-built artificial intelligence and analytics infrastructure for the Internet of Things, and Sabisu, a UK-based company that provides a flexible enterprise visualization and workflow solution to deliver real-time decision support. Financial terms were not disclosed.
