Riverstone and AMCI Group completed the acquisition of Ridley Terminals for $267m.

Riverstone and AMCI Group, an owner and operator of global natural resources companies, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Ridley Terminals, which owns and operates marine bulk handling terminal for $267m. “This is a very unique partnership group that will ensure the terminal continues to be sustainable over the long-term with open access. The terminal will also continue to be a big part of Prince Rupert’s economy,” Hans Mende, AMCI Group Co-Founder.
