Bidvest has acquired 100% of Eqstra Fleet Management and Logistics from enX for $222m. The Acquisition is subject to shareholders and regulatory approvals. Eqstra, is a comprehensive fleet leasing and management solutions business, mainly to the corporate sector. The Acquisition of Eqstra is in line with Bidvest's stated strategic intent to focus Bidvest Bank on its fleet management niche. Bidvest is uniquely positioned to offer a cradle-to-grave fleet solution through Bidvest Bank and the Automotive division.
