Knowlton Development Corporation, a partner to beauty, health and personal care brands, agreed to acquire manufacturing business from Swallowfield, a business engaged in the development, formulation and production of quality products personal care and beauty brands, for $43m. "We believe that by joining a larger, focused entity, our manufacturing business will move forward with a clearer vision for the future while protecting the value of the business.
