ZÖLLER-KIPPER to acquire a 60% stake in FARID.

ZÖLLER-KIPPER, a waste solutions company, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in FARID FEG Brivio, the waste truck manufacturer, from the entrepreneur families Orecchia, Mazzini-Martinelli, and Brivio. The founding families will continue to hold stakes in the company, and CEO Marco Orecchia will continue to lead FARID. Financial terms were not disclosed.
