DER touristik, a provider of tourism services, completed the acquisition of Eurolines,a a travel agency, and its business in Romania, Touring Europabus, Danubius Travel and Nova Travel. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition, we are creating the basis for even stronger growth in the Eastern European market – both for tour operators and travel agencies,” Sören Hartmann, DER Touristik CEO.
