Bosch to acquire GFR from Wiedemann Group.

Bosch to acquire GFR, a leading supplier in the development of innovative system solutions for building automation and building management, from Wiedemann Group, which's portfolio includes electronic products and software solutions for the automation, digitization, and electrification of mobile machinery as well as special solutions for industrial applications and mechanical engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Bosch's building technology division in the area of safety and automation solutions. The transaction is still subject to approval by antitrust authorities. “The future cooperation with Bosch offers great opportunities for our company.
