Silver Lake Partners completed the investment in EverCommerce.

Silver Lake Partners, the global investment firm, completed the investment in EverCommerce, the service commerce platform. The firm will partner with existing majority shareholder Providence Strategic Growth, the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.
