ECI Partners-backed Make It Cheaper, an online comparison site, acquired Smart Utility Management, which provides energy utility management and switching services to SMEs across the UK. Financial terms were not disclosed. MIC CEO Paul Galligan said: “Switching is widely recognised as an effective way for businesses to lower their bills and find better service providers.
